The
American Association For Mediocre Accounting
Practices promotes
nationwide averageness in accounting education,
research and practice. Founded in either 1995 or
1996, depending on who you talk to, the Association
is a voluntary organization of persons interested
in presenting official looking, vague accounting
credentials.
By-Laws
I. The
Purposes and
Objectives of the Association Shall Be:
1.) to Confuse potential clients as to the severity of their situation as well as your accounting credentials,
2.) to Scare potential clients regarding the ramifications of such severities - including, but not limited to, possible fines, imprisonment, and/or public ridicule,
3.) to Bill clients the maximum amount for ambiguous time spent on remedying said severities.
II. Membership is open to all licensed and unlicensed professionals. Non- professionals also welcome.
III. Dues are $19.95 per anum. Members receive official looking certificate (plaque extra), membership card (lamination extra), and an A.A.F.M.A.P. T-shirt.
